How is anyone supposed to get their mail if the post office is only open 9-5 and closed at lunch!? Obligated to take off work to get our mail?? It’s 2023 be better Canada post!!nnUpdating to 2 stars because the workers are nice.
No wonder it has so many low ratings, the guy working there is super condescending and don't have any ability with customer service.
I sent an Xpresspost from Waterloo, Ontario to Varennes last September. I was never delivered. Last October, I asked them. They said they looked at it. Last month, I asked them again. They said: oh it already passed 3 months so they don't care about it.nGive me back my money. Compensate for the slowliness which negatively affect my business.nAwful!nWhy I am paying tax to feed these guys. I don't really know.
This place is home to a clerk who has a bad character. The music plays loudly; we don't understand anything that the other is trying to explain.
Courteous and very helpful staff. I would have liked longer opening hours but the service is excellent
