Tina is the worst person to deal with at this post office. She is insensitive to customers, is not friendly, has an ego and really slow as if she is 100 years old. I am constantly waiting and given attitude every time i come in. There are better places in Oakville to go to.
I wish I could give a zero star….Horrible insensitive lady who says “good luck shipping it” because it was 0.075gms more!nShe behaved as if I asked her please ship it for free!nnThere is a way to talk to customers. No politeness no kindness absolute rudeness and huge waste of time.nnThere is a way to talk and way to behave. This is no way to talk to people. I wish they trained her how to talk to customers.
I routinely use this location for sending packages, and the staff members I’ve worked with are always very courteous and helpful. The hours are also perfect, I appreciate evening drop offs.
Unfortunately, my experience with Canada Post was disappointing due to the rude behavior of the staff. It's disheartening when customer service falls short, especially when simply seeking assistance with mailing. Hoping for improvement in the future.
Post clerk Tinna does not seem to understand what customer service is. She is too focused on upselling something I do not need. She grabbed some Express envelope and started to process it without even asking me, among other things.nShe also pressed the Customer satisfaction button herself before me, not allowing me to do that.nJust couple of examples out of overall very unsatisfactory encounter.
