I had ordered a jacket from free people & free people paid the shipping. At the time had no idea, who they used as shipping method. I asked for it to be shipped to my business on 93 beach drive, Wasaga beach. When the post office received it, refused to deliver it to me & refused to put it in the drop box. Stated I don’t receive mail in Wasaga Beach. Again I have no idea who free people use for their items shipped. So now I’m having to go the post office in Wasaga Beach in person. I didn’t have my wallet with me, but I have a pic of my drivers license on my phone & had my ownership for a vehicle with me. I was pulled over for speeding Easter Sunday of this year, & my picture of my driver’s license was accepted by the OPP but not the post office? I was/am livid. So I told the 4 people there fine send it back & they said ok. Within the hour, I had called the post office & asked to speak with the manager, and shortly after called me back. Was told it had been sent back lol. Really how could that be, since they had no idea who I was, they wouldn’t accept my pic id & vehicle ownership. Within an hour no less. This place lacks common sense. Someone should lose their job, as far as I’m concerned. The manager said she was looking into this & would be calling me back. It’s been more than 24 hours & nothing, as of yet. The worst customer service ever.
