I dont know if they are short staffed or what, but i know they recieve my CBC on the 20th of each month, and usually i dont get it till days later, and im basically fed up with it. I dont live far at all from the post office and wish i could just pick it up but they dont allow that either, so i have to wait until their mail person decides to drop it off in my mailbox. I'd rather get my check so i can use it to buy what my kiddo needs than be recieving a random persons bills, like come on...
Said it once and I'll say it again. Canada post is without a doubt the worst mail delivery service in existence. They don't scan your package, they are late every time. It's like they have no clue how to do their job at all. I am tired of my package saying Friday is the delivery date and then have to wait till Monday/ Tuesday because morden Canada post is so damn slow at their jobs
Standing in line for long periods of time. Sometimes only one person working at counter. Hours are reduced and they are short staffed. Can't believe they can't get people to fill positions! This is not the local employees fault, it is Canada Post Corporation's fault. Well, that's why it's called snail mail.
Recieved taped up/open mail more than a few times, apparently that just happens and it's allowed at this branch? Not happy at all with the service as they also put packages as delivered a day or two before it actually hits your mailbox, by that time your already in contact with the company about a missing package, so makes ordering online a bit of a hassle.
Very rude lady at service point. Completely unfit for the job.
