Absolutely horrible!!!!! If you give less than one star I would. Not the least bit helpful with a package I shipped from there, 8 day delivery the guy tells me 14 days later the same guy tells me, it's on route, can't doesn't or won't tell me where. Manager is out will be back in 4 days. Please train your people or stop non service to pubic. By the way the great staff at Cornwall Canada Post told me where and why my package was held up in 30 seconds.
Literally none of the “support” numbers or chat rooms work and they give you so much misinformation about where your order is and when it’s arriving
I was lucky to have my package posted with Diane’s helpful and patient service.
