Canada Post has the worst service. I've attempted to contact the Grantham location. And never get an answer. When I go in person. There's never anyone at the counter. Just really bad experience with every delivery that goes through them.nnI would give zero stars is possible
Thank you for your great customer service at the post office. You have wonderful people working for you. Janessa is a very nice lady you have working for you. Thank you
Heidi is quite possibly the worst Canada Post counter service agent in Ontario. Many customers avoid this location because she works there and is rude and unprofessional to customers. It's absolutely crazy she still has a job. I would rate this location zero stars if Google allowed it.
The staff is absolutely phenomenal here. Heidi, Alex, and Haley are so professional and helpful. They make shipping fun and easy. Very sweet, kind, funny ladies. I will only come to this Canada post to ship my packages. My experience is always pleasent.
All these comments about Heidi do not even make sense to me. She is the most kind worker I've had. She asks how I am every time I go , asks about how my business is going and always helps me ship my parcels correctly as I am still learning the best ways. I look forward to seeing her when I go in.
