Heidi is my fav, always the best jokes and love the way she makes us smile every time we are in there.
The staff is absolutely phenomenal here. Heidi, Alex, and Haley are so professional and helpful. They make shipping fun and easy. Very sweet, kind, funny ladies. I will only come to this Canada post to ship my packages. My experience is always pleasent.
All these comments about Heidi do not even make sense to me. She is the most kind worker I've had. She asks how I am every time I go , asks about how my business is going and always helps me ship my parcels correctly as I am still learning the best ways. I look forward to seeing her when I go in.
Within the last year used multiple times this location to send small parcels to my client in Canada. Today went there as usual, and I did the same things I did before, grabbed a box, which I can use to ship anywhere in Canada and while in line I just packed and closed it, so when was my turn, I nicely asked if i can use a pen to fill out where it is going to, but the lady unfortunately didn’t ask for her name but she was in her 40s 50s started being rude to me and started lecturing me that i suppose to pay for box first before packing and closing it, but i was there and i would of course pay for everything. I hope the package will get to its destination and thank you but never coming to this location again. Canada Post should look into people who they are hiring as so many locations have incompetent people
I cant even begin to explain how wonderful these ladies are! Smiles, friendliness, and knowledgeable service helping me deal with a multitude of shipping items today! Highly recommend this post office especially if you need help figuring out cheapest & fastest options to send items! thank you ladies!
