The post that says there is never a person to serve you when the office is open is incorrect. Whenever I want service I walk up to the counter and 10 seconds later a person will come out from the back office to serve me. What does that person expect, someone to stand behind the counter 100% of the time. They are in the back sorting mail. You can't be in two places at once
The Fredericton Junction location appears to never have an employee present during posted store hours, especially on Saturday’s when most people require parcel pick ups.
