Super helpful and professional, going above and beyond for clients with a smile. I was impressed by the top notch service. Thank you so much!
Postman left a note stating that my package was available for pick up at this location. I showed up several times for then to tell me they don’t have my package yet, then i was told they never received it. After going back and forth via email was told i needed to contact the seller and tell them my package was never received. I told them no you will send me an email stating that you have lost my package. The information i was given it was pretty obvious that one of the employees stole my 300$ necklace at this location. I was told that they would handle the situation but i was obviously never told what happened after that. I then had to send the seller that email and go downtown mtl to get a new necklace.
First thing I saw, the salubrity of the place is average/low. The employee was arrogant with me.
They leave notices without bothering to ring the bell
Kelly was lazy, rude and condescending. Unpleasant experience.
