I don’t like to write a bad review about someone but this is the 3rd time happened to me. Allaniana is the employee over Canada post in shoppers drug mart. No sign of interest to help customers. Very rude and arrogant behaviour. Please learn to speak to your customers.
They don't even help to stick the label and don't even provide the tape to stick it. Not even a courtesy for providing good customer service
Worst service provided by lady named Alaniea. Zero for customer service worst canada post i have ever been to.

Staff member named Miss Alania was very rude and honestly didn’t expected it. I was in line before the store closing time and waited and at my turn when I was ready she said we are closed and some custom form I told you before. It was just 2 minutes after the closing and I was in store.nI know she have her explanation but she knew it too what she was doing to me.
