New System Day, Walk in, looks nice, clerk at front counter says they are having system issues, directs me to the back through the drive through. Once I get there. I am told that they have too many packages here at the moment. The lady imposed that because of the amount of packages she is unwilling to help me. The response from drive through lady was super unprofessional. I was told to just come back later or try tomorrow. What an inconvenience.
Absolutely the worst location and should be purged of the employee who handles the drop off location. Wouldn’t provide an envelope. Had the full label. Packages and everything. She Said they don’t provide the window for labeling. She even had the audacity to say that NO CP provides it. Then she laughed and said oh yeah which Canada post provides a window in her brutal English. What an absolute joke of an employee. I frequently go to the Oliver square one as well as Jasper Ave. For years and they have been wonderful. Just stay away or arrive early. The workers during the day seem to be more polite and professional. Absolute trash employee who needs a refresher on customer service and to actually listen. Zero professionalism
It was a little too slow when I came to this location to drop off my package. I understand that they are changing to the new system which is awesome. We have to. Be patient people! They are trying their best to improve the service. By the way, the lady that assisted me is very nice. Thanks!
This Canada Post office is absolutely amazing! On top of it it's unique! First of all it has Drive Through, only two locations in Canada could boast of this, one is here in Edmonton, another in Toronto. Yes, you can stop by and do all your mail needs without leaving the vehicle! Second awesome option, there is 2 sweet machines which works 24/7. One of them sells stamps, envelopes and gifts, which is quite handy. The other one can take your parcel! Only 3 locations in Canada have this machine! Toronto, Edmonton and Vancouver! This is the Future of the Postal Service! Way to go Canada Post! This machine even gives you 10% discount on shipping if you use it. You could ship anything from 500 grams to 30 kg. How cool is that?
Quick service, clerk are very helpful. Although cost of postage sucks and shipping.
Only gripe is it is listed as 'open' sat/sun but this is not true for anyone wanting to pick up Maybe drive though is open, did not try, but door to customer service area was closed and all lights were off - Really wish this was in the info due to it costing me quite a bit to take a cab there and back.
Every worker here is good except for an older Asian women. Whenever she is there I go across the street to pak mail. Reason being I had tried to ship a registered letter and she told me I couldn't do it so I asked to speak with someone else at which point they came out and she agreed with me that I could send it registered mail. As soon as the other employee went to the back she didn't charge me to send a registered letter so i corrected her and said I would like to send this registered at which point she did the exact same thing stating I could not send it as registered! I went right across the street and sent it no problem at pakmail. Whenever you see an older Asian women working there, best to just go somewhere else. Her excuse was I couldn't send registered because it's paper only, but canada post policy clearly states if it goes through the slot 1.5 Inch it can be sent. I would get rid of this employee she costs you alot of money. I personally ship out a hundred registered letters a month
Rude window worker. No hello, no smile, and impatient if you take too long in any way. I also watched the person ahead of me drive off after several minutes of nobody being at the window. What a joke. A bad store you can choose not to shop at, but where you live determines where your packages go, that's that.
Apparently can't be bothered to put on google they are closed due to some reason. Like they just found out this morning. When they are supposed to be open on a Monday. It's alot to ask a government worker to actually work though.
Super quick, easy to use and efficient. Dropped off two packages this afternoon in under 5 minutes! Love the convenience, the only downside is the location is crowded mostly due to it being summertime and the Home Depot Garden center takes a lot of space around it. Tight parking lot. Would recommend
