I saw a Canada Drives trailer near my home and saw the car come out. It looked easy like ordering a pizza. I decided to check it out on their website and they gave me a decision on financing on all their cars, even a Tesla. I found a different car, Hyundai Veloster at a reasonable price and down payment. I decided to get it and the process and feedback was almost instant! I saw the terms and requested to have them changed to suit my budget and they were more than happy to do that. One small setback was on the day of the delivery, there was a clerical error that was overlooked on both sides and I had to sign a new document, but after it was clearly explained and understood by both parties I signed it and the car was shipped. They handled the transfer and ICBC papers, and Dieter made sure the car was ready for me on delivery, they even have a small counter inside if it’s raining to go over all the details. It really was about as easy as ordering an Amazon package, but it is based on some credit factors so be aware of that first. I never ordered a car, sight unseen but this is a new way of doing it. Good stuff.
I found something unusual at Canada Drives - excellent customer service and a great product. I was on vacation in Mexico when I found the car I wanted but I couldn't use their 1-888 number. Everything was handled smoothly - no problems at all. I returned on the weekend and had my car delivered Monday morning. It took no time at all. The car is like new and they even included a full tank of gas!
10/10 selling experience with Canada Drives. I tried to sell privately on marketplace and dealt with too many low ball offers. Canada Drives offered me a great price right away, the communication was fast and efficient, they came to my condo and picked up the car. It was as simple as ordering door dash, such a smooth platform. Thanks to the whole team; Gord, Jesse and Ivo!
Where do I begin? Well.. Canada Drives is a breathe of fresh air when it comes to buying a car. Everyone, and I mean everyone was amazing. The sales and finance team worked hard to get me approved for a great car. Then I dealt with the insurance and delivery team.. equally awesome! Super responsive the entire way through. Tanvir delivered my car, I swear she was more excited than I was. Lol if I ever need to buy another car I 100% will be back. Thanks again guys.
Canada drives, great service. Very prompt, entirely over email and very professional. Really what else could you want. They have a very easy process and entirely takes away from any buying pressure on sales side of things. I originally decided to purchase a bmw 328, had signed all paper work and was scheduled for delivery, I changed my mind due to a repair that needed done on the bmw, they promptly and easily changed the vehicle for me without hassle. The car came detailed and full of gas! Not a spec of dust or dirt anywhere thanks to their enclosed trailer! Couldn't be happier, will be using them in the future for the sale of my Audi when the time comes! Should also note the driver, very professional, forget the gentlemen's name 5/5 for him as well, very professional and on time, even called ahead to see where I would be to take delivery! Want to update my review, would give 6 stars if possible! Had a couple issues with the car I had delivered, the 17 Audi A4. Biggest concern was it had a water pump leak. I had brought it into the shop 2 weeks after getting the car and was quoted at $3500 to repair. Well I wasn't a happy camper after hearing that. I call Canada drives in regards and they paid the entire bill, said fix it and sent me on my way! Don't know of any other dealer that would be willing to cover a bill like that after a sale. Excellent job!!
Mannie just drop me off nice Mercedes 250 the other day. Took ten minutes in paperwork credit score under 500. It got 60 000 km real nice car.17 grand how can I complain. The car a little rocket
Great car buying experience. I recommend these guys. Great car selection. Great customer service. Very easy process from start to finish. No pressure car buying. No hidden fees. You know exactly what you are getting prior to delivery. The insurance broker called me before the car arrived and the delivery driver brought the car and insurance documents and I just had to get in and drive. Also the 7 day return guarantee is a fantastic option. I got a 2015 Mazda with 89,000km unfortunately the hub and bearing went on it 3 weeks after the 30 day warranty which Canada drive offered. Thankfully I got a great call agent Ariyan who went above and beyond and was able to get management to cover half the cost.
Easiest and fastest purchase to date. Everything was done by email after application was submitted within 24 hours. I called a couple of times just to make sure the purchase didn't include the taxes delivered to a reserve address and submitted my CIS. The scrapes on the pictures weren't nearly as visible once it arrived and I'm glad they took pictures of each little one just so we know what to expect.
We just sold our beloved old ICE car to Chanda Drives in preparation for welcoming our new EV. Before selling, I had engaged with them but felt the quote was too low, despite their claim to put their best foot forward. So I posted on AutoTrader to see what I can do privately, just to get a lot of dealers trying to buy it off me, including an agent from CD. This time the offer was as I expected and many thousand $$$$ above what my dealership for my new EV offered as a trade in. So I thought I give it a try. From agreeing to selling to pick up of the car at our house until we had the EFT in our bank took less that 26 hrs. CD called, we agreed to sell, they picked up 6 hours later at 6pm. By the next day 2pm we had our money. The process was smooth and the pick up driver supper friendly and funny. I absolutely do it again, but will make sure to shop around first, ensuring I get the best price.
Amazing service from these guys, ordered my car on Sunday evening and was approved and had my delivery date Monday afternoon. 4 days later on Friday I received my car, it was in amazing condition cleaned and only took 10 mins to unload and sign the papers, super friendly and honest company, I will be dealing with them again in the future and recommend them.
