Very disappointing customer care. I would not recommend.
I have been to another, similar business in Ottawa, and I did not receive service like this. This place is wonderful, and cares about the client first. Not the money. I send many, many people here. I would recommend them to everyone.
I came into the store directed to the back of the store. I stood there for a few minutes- no one acknowledged me. Once they did, no smiles like I was bothering them. Hard to find as well. In the back of Canadian tire but not on that street.
