A word to share my experience with Canac, LAMENTABLE. Ordered and paid for several weeks before delivery, 350 cement blocks and other materials were to be delivered to me. I am located about 35 minutes away, so delivery costs are higher. I only received 125 blocks on my first delivery. I was promised the rest the following week only to receive 100. So I was once again promised to deliver the rest 10 days later. So, I decide to have other materials delivered to continue my renovation. 10 days later, they called me the day before delivery to tell me that they were sorry and that they couldn't find my ordered blocks... No, but that's enough to make me think I'm an idiot. After 32 apologies, 3 hefty delivery invoices instead of just one and no follow-up thereafter, I had to face the facts and find a new supplier. A great lack of respect after spending several thousand dollars in this store.
After purchasing several thousand dollars in Chicoutimi and Jonquière. Terrible service. For a bath purchased at $360 + tax it will cost more than $1000 in costs to have it changed and Canac offers nothing in exchange and does not respect the warranty even though the purchase took place less than 30 days ago and the bath has never been used.
