Excellent service and very good price of products
In general it's a very useful place for project materials and supplies.nnWhat I don't appreciate is some members of staff are quite comfortable mocking me for the fact I speak primarily English when I try to ask questions in French at the materials department. It's happened on more than one occasion. Apparently respect towards a customer is optional. And frankly I've taken my business elsewhere when possible because of it.
My least favorite location. The store is low staffed, they are not the friendliest either. I have been going there for years because they have more on hand then the other local location and I have an account. The service isn't getting better, I have waited at times for over 30 min in line in the yard to even get acknowledged. It's been a painful experience every time I have had to buy or return anything to this location. Good thing the competition price matches, it saves me painful trips.

Very good service!! friendly personnel always very helpful,its just that most of the things I need their always out of have to wait,again today went for a drywall lift 2wks waiting Damm!
