Clean place. It is a nice college dorm. We had two separate single beds with sink and mirror in the bedroom.  Beds are not the most comfortable, but for 1/2 the price compared to staying in Quebec City it is worth it.  I didn't expect a 4 star hotel when I wasn't paying a 4 star price, so I was happy with it. The shared bathroom is co-ed and is for the floor, and it was clean.  The staff are great and friendly!

SUMMER ACCOMMODATION REVIEW

We stayed here for 1 night in late july on our way out to the maritimes. 

For what we paid, it was totally fine. Clean room, free WiFi, OK beds (we had 2 single beds in a room), clean washrooms. Hallway was pretty quiet when we were there. Front desk staff were helpful.

Don't go in expecting a nice hotel, it clearly isn't one. But it's clean, and for only a bit more than the cost of camping you can avoid setting up a tent after a long day of driving.

Dirty, full of spider, very uncomfortable bed....Terrible. It is not a hotel.
