Nice campground most of the campers spoke French only.  The staff was bilingual and were very helpful.  The campground is very busy, but reasonably close to Montreal.

Very nice camping .. Lots of fun for all the family , 2 pools, spa , little farm , kids park , pool table shuffle game baseball park , mini pot ... Lots more

Did lots of campgrounds over the years, 2nd stay here. 1st time we had a really bad welcome by the lady at the entrance, thought she had a bad day but it seems she's always like that, she makes you feel unwelcome and acts as we are annoying her when you get to talk to her when she's finished talking of her recipes with a regular customer. The sites are fine but expensive 63$/night for 2 services. They seem not to have to be kind with their customers as they are near Montreal and always full. If you want to go on internet, the "free" wifi is weak and so slow, should be full speed for the $ charged for the stay. You're not allowed but bring your own wood if you want to do a campfire, theirs is wet, very expensive and you get only a small quantity that won't last an hour when you get to light it up.  The only reason we are returning is because we have friends near the campground, otherwise we'd be in a more welcoming and much cheaper place like Camping du Circuit in Saint-Calixte for example.

Terrible...and all I wanted to do was see if there was anything for sale.  The mean old lady at the gate said I would have to pay to look.  Fuh-get about it.

Nous sommes allés au camping Mirabel vers la mi-juillet, 5 adultes, 2 voitures, afin d'y dormir une nuit. Nous avons appelé samedi midi afin de vérifier les disponibilités pour le soir même, et un jeune homme nous a répondu qu'il n'y avait aucun problème, que j'avais seulement à donner mon nom et qu'il me réservait deux sites de camping pour 4 petites tentes. 
Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, l'équipe était clairement short-staff, ils n'ont pas retrouvé notre réservation mais nous ont quand même trouvés deux terrains collés dans le " sans service". Nous nous y sommes installés, pour finalement se faire dire qu'ils s'étaient trompés dans les réservations, et que nous devions nous entasser dans le même site, puisque l'autre site était déjà réservé (ils nous ont tout de même chargé deux sites à 45$ chacun, mais nous ont donnés du bois pour le feu afin de s'excuser). 

Lorsque la deuxième voiture est arrivée, les 3 autres personnes qui venaient nous rejoindre ont payé, et en chemin vers notre site, un client (fort probablement saoul) en voiturette avec sa femme s'est mis au milieu du chemin et s'est mis à les engueuler, en prétendant qu'ils roulaient trop vite ( il est IMPOSSIBLE de rouler vite dans les petites rues de ce camping en raison du nombre élevé d'enfants et des speed bumps), et lorsque le conducteur à ouvert la fenêtre de sa voiture, l'homme l'a frappé deux fois au visage pour aucune raison. Nous avons alerté la police, et nous sommes retournés à la réception afin de demander un remboursement afin quitter le site, puisque nous ne trouvions pas sécuritaire d'y passé la nuit après cet incident. L'homme plus âgé qui s'occupait des paiements à la réception ne s'est JAMAIS excusé pour la situation, il a hésiter à nous rembourser et a même " défendu" le client agressif, sans jamais considérer à l'expulser, puisqu'il semblait être un résident pour l'été. Je n'ai JAMAIS vécu une telle situation dans un camping, et j'ai trouvé le staff TRÈS PEU PROFESSIONNEL vis-à-vis celle-ci. Tolérer la violence dans son commerce et même tenter de la justifier est, à mon avis, INACCEPTABLE, surtout dans un environnement où il y a énormément de familles et d'enfants. 

Je vous déconseille fortement ce camping.
