We’re working on a big project and ended up coming back to this store multiple times a day. The personnel here are exceptionally friendly — especially the cashier, the plumbing staff, and the folks “upstairs” as they call it in the warehouse where you pick up orders.nnThe plumbing team isn’t just helpful — they’re incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely happy to assist. Unlike some other stores, they really go the extra mile to help you find what you need, and you can tell they take pride in serving customers with care.nnEven the owner himself was out in the parking lot cleaning up a spilled can of paint. You can see he loves the store and is hands-on in keeping everything running smoothly for the customers.nnThe only issue we ran into is that we emptied a few shelves in the plumbing section — and even that wasn’t enough for our complicated project. It sounds like new stock takes about a week to arrive, which is tough when you're on a tight timeline.nnBut overall, it’s a great store with a great team — and a genuinely positive experience every time we walk in.

Disappointed again re the paint. Waiting 2 months for them to get a base needed to get a gallon of exterior semi gloss to paint my doors. Also computer not excepting the paint number needed to give me a sample of color. Paint lady cannot get ahold of anyone with the company. She has been trying for almost a week.
