The staff were great. I was walking by and saw a sale sign for fleece pyjama pants in the window. I stood at the desk and they brought up everything I asked about, so I could see it /touch it. All worth a smile.
I called this company after identifying an online scam that tied their phone # to a facebook generated sponsored! scam website. They also used Camping World of Eugene Oregon. The manager addressed the concern professionally & committed to responding to the fraudulent unauthorized mis-use of their information by an online scammer.
Selection is rather mediocre, which by itself isn’t so bad. But the return policy and customer service is very poor.
It's got everything you can possibly imagine for camp, or anywhere else kids might go. Lots of young, knowledgeable, helpful staff. I gave 4 stars instead of 5, because I find it to be pricey, but maybe it's worth it, because it's a one-stop for all your overnite camping needs. Your kids will love it here.
This is the place to plan your camping hiking and overseas trip. I picked up an awesome raincoat that will be perfect for my trip to Scotland. Cant reccomend this place any higher than the 5 stars...would do ten if I could. The staff is absolutely inviting and knowledgeable as well.
