Went in for my baby’s passport and was in out within half an hour on a Monday morning. Lovely guy at the reception who greeted and guided me . Lovely helpful lady in the cabin next to the washroom ! Neat and clean facility
I must say Mr. Mario is exceptionally kind and very helpful, thank you!! I like this location because of the wonderful experience I had with a front desk woman a year ago. However, the new woman, Malana, is not approachable and seems rude, fails to provide information and seems frustrated with her life huh- making her a poor choice for the front desk. Nevertheless, the other staff members are wonderful, professional, and kind.
My spouse and I went for applying passport. They have a great process, guy at the counter checked the documents and asked us to wait. We waited for about 15 mins. We were called and process got over within an hour. That was fast. Service was great as it was called “Service Canada”.
Great experience for a passport renewal application. Was in and out in under 40 mins. I went early in the morning and had about 5 people in front. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I had a great experience at this service canada location.nnEvery thing went smooth and staff was super helpful & welcoming.nnPassport application process took 20 mins as i already booked the appointment. If you don’t want to wait for hours , don’t go without an appointment.nnThey have free parking and shopping complex right opposite Cambridge central mall which was great if some one who is accompany you to service canada.nnI live in mississauga and it was easy to commute via Go bus 25 from square one which goes closer to this location. Keep some change coins for Cambridge transit as presto will not work.nnOverall i like the location , staff & service.nnRecommended!!
