It is important when selecting a real Estate Agent that you take the time to ask questions and gain insight on who you are dealing with. I spent time with Cam and determined that he was going to assist me in fairly assessing the value of my property and then attaining that price for the sale. Many agents will agree to the price you want and then after a few weeks advise you to reduce the price. That is not how Cam approaches a listing. He does his homework and if you take his advice you will achieve a timely and fair value sale. I truly appreciated the professionalism that Cam and his team brought to the process. We had this rental property in Saskatoon that after the last tenant we were done .So I contacted Jordan and he came the next day .We started the process of selling ,with one note that it would be great if it could be sold before we go to Mexico for our winter vacation.The house was on the market for about 12 days and sold,which was a relief for us.Thank You Jordan and your team.All the best too you in the future .

Before deciding to list our house we contacted Cam and his team via e-mail, just to ask some general questions about the selling process. We were surprised by the informative and quick response from Cam himself. He explained the ins and outs in a way two new home sellers were able to understand. we decided to list on May 1st 2017 and cam helped us come to a competitive price for our area but at the same time retaining an overall fair return on our sale. we had six showings in 8 days and an offer came through and we accepted for over 98 percent of our asking price! the sold sign was on the lawn in just 18 days from listing. when shopping Cam made us comfortable and wasn't at all pushy as some agents can be. he made sure we were comfortable with making an offer and was constantly (behind the scenes) looking out for our best interest to get the best possible price. in the end we were one month to the day of listing and finalizing the deal on our new house. When listing a condo for sale in a market that is slowing down I chose Cam Bird. I was not expecting to sell so fast. We sold in 5 weeks when the average is 11 months.
