So happy with this service! My flowers were such a great price compared to other florists. They got delivered right to my house so I didn’t have to worry and stress about them. They turned out so beautifully.
This is my second time ordering Callia flowers as a gift. Both bouquets have been beautiful and lasted several weeks photo attached is 2 weeks post delivery!!. I appreciate that every step of the process has been well thought out. The text updates on delivery, beautiful packaging, and clear instructions on how to take care of the flowers for the receiver my mom got a text reminding her when to trim the stem. I am a big fan and will definitely order again in the future! Have recommended to all my friends.
Callia flowers have yet to disappoint. Every recipient I’ve sent Callia Flowers to have been over the moon. Caitlin has been super helpful when I make errors on my orders it’s happened a few times…sorry Caitlin. Gorgeous bouquets. I can’t wait to hopefully one day be on the receiving end. I purchased flowers from Callia for my wedding. Caitlin's customer service is excellent. She was patient with me; accommodated my every need and answered all of my questions. I was definitely an indecisive bride, but Callia and Caitlin made the entire experience with florals so much better than I had imagined it would be. They put my stress to rest. I was skeptical on the finished results of my wedding having planned it myself, but I truly am happy with how it turned out. Caitlin went above and beyond my expectations. I attached several photos. I took these photos three days after the wedding as I did not have time to take pictures before my wedding. These flowers traveled from my mom's house to the venue, and then back home again. They sat in a hot van for almost 4 hours before unloading. We did not treat them nicely at all—no water, no plant food. We did not follow Callia's recommendations to maintain them and that's entirely our fault, but they still looked fresh and beautiful regardless. My guests were happy to take them home at the end of the night also. Overall, I'm am extremely satisfied with the value, customer service and floral arrangements I received for my wedding. In case you're wondering: I purchased the bouquets in almost all the sizes for décor, my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, a boutonniere, eucalyptus bundles, bud vases—almost everything they had listed and they arrived as advertised.
Can't say enough about how much I love Callia Flowers! I purchased a monthly subscription because it only took a pandemic for me to realize how important self care was for me -- and having beautiful flowers in the house makes me so happy. Not only are their flowers stunning, but they last for such a long time I have my bouquets delivered every 3 weeks, and a good chunk of the flowers last until my next order arrives. But the most impressive part of Callia is their customer service -- their communications from when you place the order, when the order is en route for delivery, and days after you've received your order is impeccable. I recently sent flowers to my sister in law who just had a baby and I made several last minute changes, and Callia made the changes right away -- not to mention, I hadn't realized I placed it for the wrong delivery date Callia re-confirmed the date for me and saved the day! Another example was two days after I received my bouquet, I pointed out that the leaves of the lilies in my recent order looked a bit spotty, and they sent replacement lilies right away because it was likely due to a plant virus. Callia has truly made purchasing flowers so quick and easy -- I realize I may be sounding like I'm getting paid to say all of this, but I'm not! I'm just a big fan :
These are the most beautiful flowers I've ever received, and the service was outstanding! I even received a text to remind me to cut and water my flowers 2 days post-delivery, I mean c'mon! I can't recommend Callia enough!
The flowers were beautiful. They were delivered quickly and my wife was surprised and pleased. The only problem is value. I would have liked to see a larger set of flowers for the price I paid. Caitlin reached out to me to make it right. Her dedication to customer service is excellent. She has changed my mind on the review.
Callia provided beautiful bridal bouquets and boutonnière for our wedding in west Kelowna. The flowers were fresh and vibrant and we saved some to make keepsakes out of. The team were very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process!
Lovely arrangements, great packaging and presentation, but for the amount of flowers pricing is a tad on the pricy side. They are consistent with their delivery but often I've used their service more than half a dozen times the flower box is just left at the door, rather than ensuring that the recipient directly receives the package. I knew of them through a friend who knew of them as they were the finalist or winner of Dragon's Den. There are a whole bunch of add ons if you want to supplement with a vase or a surprise trinket. Overall, I have been satisfied with their offerings and service, and would recommend to friend and family.
It was very easy to order the flowers online and select the delivery date. Everything was clear and the prices seemed good. They delivered on time and the presentation was beautiful so I heard. Flowers were lovely, I got the "Callia's Choice" bouquet, and my Mom loved them! Would definitely order again and recommend.
