Awesome place to bring your animals. These people really care for your pets and you. My parents have been using this place for years and I have been bringing my cat and dog here for four years now. They had one vet in training that wasn't up to par a couple years ago but he moved on quickly and all the staff there now are amazing and very honest. Even though animal care can be expensive, here they will lay out all your options and work with you to provide the best care possible without overcharging. Highly recommend bringing your pets here.

The best animal hospital in the North Bay area!  Dr. Neil is very knowledgeable and is very patient.  He doesn't rush you through your appointment and answers all your questions.   I've been bringing my furbabies to this animal hospital for 25 years.

I have been bring my pets to Dr. Ron & then Dr. Neil for over 25 years & have experienced nothing but professional & courteous service. They are compassionate & went above & beyond when our fella Fergus was @ the end of his time with us. TRUE COUNTRY DOCTORS!!!  Thank you just doesn't cover it!
