Want to give a NO STAR RATING! Absolutely the worst service I have ever received from an airport “limousine”. Personal hygiene was not a concern, and it should have been as our driver clearly did not believe in deodorant. There was no effort to help us load and offload luggage. The driver was sick, and coughing the whole trip. In addition to this, the fair was MORE than when we went to the airport. Absolutely criminal! And he wanted a tip on top of this!? Disgusting!

Horrible telephone manners and very disrespectful to customers, I highly recommend NOT using this cab company.

Asked for a cab at 12am understanding that there would be a wait. The office guy answering the phone took my number, read it back to me and confirmed it, told us 20-25 min. 45 min go by no taxi, call the same guy in the office, was incredibly rude and said they had tried calling us but no one answered. Asked him for the number they were calling and it was the wrong one(he took the number down wrong AFTER confirming it ) meanwhile we were standing outside and didn't see a cab at all. Asked him to resend a cab he said fine and hung up on me. 25 MORE minutes go by no cab. The hotel we were at for a wedding reception staff felt bad enough that they ended up driving us home. Called to cancel the cab as we had found other transportation and again the guy was incredibly rude. Absolutely come to Orangeville with another means of transportation all the cab companies are owed by the same people and they are the worst. Would rate lower than 1 star if possible, disgusted by their customer service.

They’re stupid and gross, no respect with customers and also they hang up the phone in your face. Terrible attendance, they make you feel bad (by phone).

I have had a similar experience to some of these other reviews. I called for a cab to pick me up at Wal-Mart and told it would be fast. Was waiting at the front doors for 30 minutes no cab. I called back to ask where and they said it had come and gone. I said I haven't seen any cab and was waiting at the front doors and asked why they wouldn't call, she replied "what is he supossed to go into Wal-Mart and look for you?" Absolutely ridiculous customer service and will never recommend to anyone. 1 star is far too generous a rating
