Just had an excellent visit from Mark. Mark promptly began disassembling the piano, and telling us about the manufacturer and condition of our old hand-me-down. Explained there may be issues and then set forth with the tuning; took about 1½hrs. My son has perfect pitch and said it was a job well done.
