Calico was a great place for our family after a day of exploring the area. It was a casual atmosphere, and the service was great. Kids were able to draw on the kid menus and the portions for the kids were great. The spagetti with a meatball filled up my 8yr old daughter. Pizza was excellent, and saved well for the next morning. The lasagna was great too. Highly recommend reservations though- it can get full.
Food and service is excellent. Very popular place so would suggest eating early or making a reservation. The salads are quite large and delicious, we had the wedge. The truffle Mac is amazing, lots of truffle flavor. The pizzas are great.Food: 5/5
This is probably our favorite place when visiting Jackson. Always just as we expect. Ordered lasagna, filet, chicken parm, spaghetti and meatballs and the pizza. Nothing left on our plates! A definite must go place if you like Italian!
We had a very enjoyable meal here. Ordered The woodfired Pizzas, and both were very good. The spring salad was reallly good as well. Restaurant ihas a large seating areas but also some nice booths that were quiet and secluded. The lighting and ambience was really nice despite it being such a large restaurant, and it had several rooms. Wait staff was very attentive, we did get a dirty wine glass but they took care of it promptly. The location was great for Teton Village, because it avoided an extra seven or 8 miles going into Jackson. We definitely would consider going back if ever in the area again. The desserts are home made, and the Bailey’s cheesecake was very good.
We celebrated my fiancé’s birthday at Calico and had a great time! The staff was friendly and the food was great. Make sure to get the handmade pasta and the bruschetta!
Ugh so good. You even have the option to upgrade your dish with freshly handmade pasta. However since I got the lasagna, I was not able to do so, but I'm okay with this since it was still so good. I also got the Hummingbird dessert and it was well done, so tasty. They have a nice wine list as well, it isn't exorbitantly priced either- the one we got retails for $30, here sells it for $45 a bottle, so not bad price wise. Service was good especially considering how short staffed they were. Our poor waiter did his absolute best even though he had probably at least 10 tables to himself, and the hostess was helping to bus tables. So glad we stopped here tonight.
Food was great. The service lacked, due to being understaffed, tremendously. Almost to the point of getting up n walking out. One waitress for the whole bar area tables. She was very nice when she could get there.
What an an amazing place to have a rehearsal dinner! We sat out on the covered porch which had beautiful lighting and hanging flowers. We got so many beautiful pictures of our wedding party together as the porch was so pretty. The food was just as amazing as the porch. They had so many great drinks and dishes and was affordable for the area. The staff was very helpful and kind. Our only note is that even though we made a reservation for 12 about a month ahead of time, they tried to seat us at two separate tables. In the end we were able to sit together but it did take a while to sort out. We had an incredible rehearsal dinner with excellent food on a beautiful porch and would definitely return to calico in the future!
We sat out in the Yard Bar area since the restaurant was full. Perfect decision. Full menu, great service. Highly recommend this place.
Food, this place has incredible food and I must say, the ambiance and porch southern feeling outdoors is incredible also. This place is busy, a wait is common, but worth it. The staff was great on getting us in without a reservation. We heard great things from other reviews and could not be more happy that those reviews were accurate. We recommend the Steak, the rigatoni Bolognese, the Caprese Salad and the kids spaghetti. All incredible. The mashed potatoes were incredible. This is an example of why Calico is the best in Jackson…I asked for a bit of the truffle oil, to add to the potatoes, and our guide brought a dish of it! A dish full! Whoa!! Flavors, food cooked to perfection and don’t forget about the Jalapeño Margaritas. Thank you Calico! We love you.
