Made an appointment with Serge to view a Lamborghini. Drove 2 hrs to view this larger purchase. From the time I walked in Serge was on his phone. He was obviously pre occupied with something better. I had to repeat questions I was asking. NOT a good experience. I left there and drove to another dealer to view similar vehicle, where I was welcomed by staff and the sale guy actually held his calls and spent an hour with me. Needless to say I bought the car at the other place. Serge emailed me and I replied telling him I was not impressed and purchased the vehicle elsewhere, and he replied saying he was just giving me space.... Ummmm seriously watch Pretty Woman.... People buy from a sales person, a product can be bought anywhere. If you can't give the time to sell a product that's a great indication of the service you will get.
I bought a car from Serge for the first time just before the summer and it has been a great experience from start till after finish. Not only was Serge a pleasure to deal with but he also checked in after I bought the car. Not something you ever get when buying a car. Serge will definitely be my first call next time I'm in the market for a car.
The team at Caliber Auto have such a passion for cars, its infectious. Regardless, if your love for cars is geared towards the higher end performance vehicles or if its the classics. Serge who came highly recommended, was the person to speak with. Right from the beginning, his honestly and knowledge was obvious. This guy is a gearhead …and more importantly he is willing to find the right car for the right price. After a lot of back and forth, Serge found me the exact year and colour of Testarossa I had been dreaming of since I was a kid. From emails, to phone calls, to texts…Serge is always available and willing to help anytime. He helped coordinate delivery, made sure the car was perfect upon arrival, and even had a custom apparel made w/ my name as a thank you gift. Serge is all about the details. Calibre Auto Sales is no doubt the premier dealership for quality vehicles, and the only place I recommend to help find your dream car…whatever it may be.
I've known of these guys since their inception in the East end of Toronto. They allowed a 10 year old me the opportunity to sit in and take pictures with some of my dream cars. I'll never forget how wonderful the staff were :
Ordered my Bentley Arnage T '07 online, from Serge, his team made me feel very secure. Car was delivered touch less as shown in the pic. Great guy, and yes am buying my other cars from him. Superb!
