Extremely slow to process travel expense claims, provides the minimum vacation days and sick days (grouped together). Used to be with Amtek until Calian bought them, life working for this company was much less stressful when it was Amtek. Calian has provided my medical insurance provider with an incorrect date of birth, causing unforeseen problems. Recently, they have switched medical insurance providers, which resulted in my spouse being dropped from coverage--we still haven't received confirmation that my spouse is on my plan, even though I'm paying for a Family plan. Providing two stars for our contract manager is absolutely amazing, personable and understands the constant frustrations and mishaps that happen regularly.
