Very helpful, I've been to a few other vape stores. And none of them helped me as much. Definitely gonna only be going here from now on.

Horrible customer service. Only vape shop close, go once every two weeks and they always seem annoyed to help. Scoff or eye rolls when I ask for more than one product. Extremely nice to my husband when I sent him in instead though. Had to go to another shop to get someone to explain how to use the products I purchased.

I have dropped into the store a couple of times and the staff have always been amazing! However, I normally use their delivery service and they are super accurate and very fast. They notify you as the order progresses. They are always helpful with my questions and have by far the best selection! Good job!

The kids working there are doing something to the vape juice. Got a couple bottles of the same juice one was suspiciously open, same vape juice with slight different colour and completely different taste. The one tasting like nothing and after taste of city tap water. Really unprofessional and they don’t even check id selling to all the underage kids in the area. What a joke of a store. I’m betting this store has a lot of fake reviews.

Friendly staff. Clean store. Fast and efficient service and great location. Lots to choose from and easy to see what's available.

New to vaping. The fellas in store were very helpful and got us on our way to dropping cigarettes. Huge selection, somewhat overwhelming to to a newbie, but again got us set up. Very happy with the service!

Great store. Best selection in Calgary. Always in stock. Good staff that works quickly and efficiently. I like how they let you test the product in case it is faulty. Always a pleasure shopping here.

Drove there June 18 2022 at 3 pm. Sign says we'll be back at 330 pm. That was annoying but we figured oh well well come back after dinner. Dinner ran late so we called them at 7:55 pm the guy said we close in 4 minutes. I said we're literally gonna make it for 8 could you just wait a few second well grab what we need ... in and out. Nop we had a busy day sorry! Like WHAT!? We showed up at 7:59 there was another customer walking to the door, as they touched the door handle they locked it and turn the sign off.. the lady knocked and they completely ignored us. Like come ON!! Never going back there !

Told me I had the job on Monday and come Wednesday on my “first day” I call in to see what’s up & apparently I am no longer going to be working there, a little heads up would’ve been great before I’m hopping in my car to come over and meet the owner. You had 3 days to let me know & you didn’t, thanks guys. so unorganized from sales all the way up to management & owner.

The guy inside was helpful answering my questions on nicotine salts, and offered some advice and personal experiences. Glad I finally checked this place out.
