Probably the most inconsistent of all major city transit systems I have experienced. And I have used the service many times over many years (this isn’t one complaint based on one bad experience). The bottom line is that it is too inconsistent. I can’t rely on the system getting me where I need to go in a timely manner. Took two hours tonight to get from 69 St station to Chinook. Monday, it took at hour and a half to get from Chinook station downtown— c train out of service, 40 minute wait for 3 bus in rush hour along Elbow Drive. Honestly, the crowd at the stop thought a transit strike had occurred. Seven buses going south in rush hour away from downtown, zero for 40 minutes going north to downtown. Wait times for buses are long— then three will show up together (eg. Route 3 in both directions). I enjoy waiting 30-40 min for the 100 bus at the airport after a flight. Welcome to Calgary— if you don’t want to pay ten bucks to go downtown, the 100 will take you to a ctrain station in the NE where you can wait another 20 more minutes if it’s nighttime. (Yet the same 300 bus going TO the airport is $3.30– never figured that out). Trains during morning rush hour often 10 min apart. Trains that wait for cars at red lights?!? Are you kidding me? Three times THIS WEEK the c train wasn’t running for 40 min because of “incidents.” What do you expect when the system is above-ground with DANGEROUS pedestrian and car crossings? Incredibly poorly-designed system considering it was built very recently compared to other cities’ systems. No wonder everybody drives here.

Average downtown outdoor platform. Make sure you dress warm in winter time if waiting for the train here. That wind is horrendous in the core. But if your looking for a Calgary Transit Pass/ticket Office. You've come to the right platform.

Closed often. No weekends. Constant line ups. No hours listed anywhere. Acceptable service otherwise.

I’m not racist but one black lady is very rude and her face is not appreciable, I don’t know why she’s working in public customer service.
