Calgary Rugby Union

Definitely the best place in the city for rugby, it is very convenient being in between Deerfoot and glenmore, as well as having great fields. Played here about half of the games of my career and it’s always great. Great to watch Team Canada play here too although we got quite a lot of freezing cold rain that day.

Great place to play rugby and host events. My wife and I held our wedding ceremony and reception here.

The CRU has grown so much since it opened 20 years ago. The main clubhouse is an excellent place to have a few pints and watch some rugby especially now with its newly upgraded choice selection of locally brewed beer. Its open all year round and is perfect for private functions as it has a full professional kitchen.

The fields and facilities are beautiful. Food and drink prices are absolutely absurd, but I guess that is supply and demand for you!

Didn't go into the club house. Bleachers. Excellent fields. A little hard to find but not hard to access once you learn the route.

Wonderful clubhouse with a variety of great snacks both hot and cold. Amazing view of the field. Unfortunately some of the bleachers were very well worn. Parking was a bit dicey so get there early. Bring water and umbrella as it can get very hit or wet especially in the far fields.

Great grass and big open field and lots of places to fill up your water bottle and great people and awesome food

Our son started rugby thus year and the games are held here. Fantastic facility.
