Just Recently Purchased a 2025 Santa Fe From, Numan Petkar, from the second we walked in he treated us like family, and he was very thorough whilst explaining the car details and features showing us all safety features that he recommended to turn on, at the same time my parents arent native english speakers, however he explained it in a way that even they understood with ease! he was very inviting and offered my siblings popcorn along with any hot or cold drink they had available, and coloring sheets.nnHe was very thankful and at the same time apologetic when the car was slightly delayed, he said we were his family and it created a strong bond between my family and him.nnhe was entertaining when explaining and added funny moments that made our day! The perfect example of what a good car dealership should employ.nn100% needs to get a raise, amazing person and will definitely be coming back to buy my personal first car!
I’m not one to normally write reviews but due to my very positive experience with Eddie and this dealership I thought it was necessary.nnThis was my first time purchasing a new vehicle for myself so I was unsure of what to expect. Eddie worked very hard to make my experience as stress free as possible. I am very happy with my new Kona N and the customer service provided by Eddie and Deep.nnI highly recommend this dealership for anyone in the market !
I recently purchased a brand new, 2025 Elantra N DCT in Performance Blue. I am from Edmonton and had called them to inquire about the vehicle. Within less than one hour I was able to close a very desirable deal on financing this vehicle. I spoke with the general sales manager, Steve, who was very friendly and even threw in some goodies. I was then appointed to a salesman named Grayson, who was very friendly and congratulated me on buying my vehicle as I had bought this vehicle remotely. All of the paperwork was sent to me in a timely matter and was all signed remotely and scanned back to them.nnThe pros: Everyone I communicated with at Calgary Hyundai was incredibly professional and polite. I was congratulated multiple times for my new vehicle purchase and the process really was quite seamless purchasing this vehicle remotely. I felt despite other vehicles in the province that this was priced very fairly and ultimately earned my business. There was a slight hiccup in some of the paperwork, but was quickly resolved. A couple of days later I drove down to Calgary to pick up the vehicle. It was ready for me on time.nnThe cons and why this didn’t deserve a 5 star: I felt the delivery experience was quite underwhelming. Despite the staff being incredibly friendly, I felt the delivery was not made to be a big unveiling. The type of feeling I got was “here’s your new vehicle now get outta here”. It’s hard to explain over a review on Google, no one was ever rude or rushed me out, but no one took the time to get to know me or what not it was just strictly business and once the keys were handed over I was on my way.nUpon arriving at the vehicle in their delivery room, I noticed at first glance the type of tire shine they used oversprayed onto the vehicle paint and rims and looked unclean.nThe vehicle was also delivered to me with a large scratch on the rear spoiler, which unfortunately can’t be buffed out due to the type of plastic it’s made from. Not the end of the world, but a little disappointing to say the least. The vehicle also has scuffs on the plastic on the driver’s and passengers door and kick panel.nnI think the glamour and wow of buying a new vehicle is different nowadays. There isn’t this big celebration, it’s more just a doing business type vibe and I don’t like that.nnOverall 7.5/10 experience, and if I were to buy another vehicle here in the future, I would definitely come back.
