Highly recommended. Shout-out to Michelle who was extremely kind and helpful. The best costumer service ever! She also is Spanish speaker This is best place to exchange money in Montreal. Also they have banknotes from a lot of countries.
This place should be avoided. They ask too many questions as if everyone who goes to change office is a criminal. It is none of their business. They even asked me where my bank got the money. I don't know why they got so many positive reviews but this place should definitely be avoided.
I was here to exchange for my vacation. There was a beautiful girl at the counter her name is Natasha i think. She didn’t serve me but I saw her serving customers, she’s good and very professional. Wish I went to her window instead. Place is nice and clean. Would come back.
Marie who served me was really friendly. Exchange rate was really good even if we must provide too much personal information to be able to change money. Still the best place to exchange currency in the city!
We went in last week to get some currencies and the teller who served us offered very detailed explanations to our worries. She and her coworkers were professional people and we enjoyed our experience there. Next time we need any currency exchanged, we know where to go!
