Located in the beautiful rolling hills of Caledon Village, Caledon Mountain Veterinary Hospital is a full service companion animal hospital and health care facility owned and operated by Dr. John Brajkovich.

Our services include general wellness and vaccinations, dental care, in-house diagnostics, general and orthopedic surgery, ultrasound rehabilitation, chiropractics, nutrition and weight management programs. Our facility features an on-site pharmacy, in-house laboratory, digital dental & full body radiography to aid in the prompt and efficient diagnosis and treatment of our patients.

My first visit here was today as I transferred my two chihuahuas from a different vet clinic. I am very pleased with the service my dogs were provided with today. Dr Rob treated my dogs with much care when doing their annual exam and rabies shot. The ladies there provided a successful nail trim for both of my boys, one of which is extremely fussy; they did it was such ease and professionalism. Super friendly environment and fairly priced
My dog Peggy was there today and let me tell you that the experience was excellent!nDr John was incredibly professional and so kind! The ladies at the reception were also very helpful. If anyone is looking for a hospital where the doctors truly do care for your pets then this is the place to go to!
Our 9 year old lab recently had TPLO surgery here and I honestly cannot express how amazing all the staff were during the entire experience.nnAny pet owner would always have some level of stress and anxiety dropping of their beloved pets for any level of procedure, but the reassurance I felt that my puppers was left in good hand while dropping her off was unquestionable.nnFrom the consult, where everything was clearly explained and information to take home to read about was readily available, to not feeling pressured to book a procedure/surgery. Going into the day of, having staff go over everything needed and again at discharge. I know my dog was cared for and I would like to thank all the amazing staff that work there. People don’t often get recognized for their incredible work and I want to make sure you all free appreciated for the exceptional care and work you do.
I recently visited Caledon Mountain Veterinary Hospital for a consultation regarding my dog Maple’s right hind leg, which we were worried might need fracture surgery. Dr. John examined Maple thoroughly and, to my great relief, assured us that surgery was not needed.nnThis is truly the best veterinary hospital ever. The care, kindness, and attention they gave were outstanding. The facility is extremely clean, the staff are warm and friendly, and they made both Maple and me feel comfortable from the moment we walked in.nnI left feeling happy, reassured, and grateful for their honesty and genuine care. Thank you so much, Dr. John and the entire team, for treating Maple and giving us such a positive experience.
Our experience with Caledon Mountain Veterinary Hospital has been outstanding. Our dog recently had a hip replacement, and from start to finish we felt supported, informed, and cared for. Dr. John took the time to walk us through what to expect from the surgery and recovery, making a stressful situation much easier to navigate.nnThe vet tech team was equally wonderful — they reached out for follow-ups, answered every question we had leading up to the surgery, and made sure we always felt reassured. A special thank-you to Ashley, whose kindness truly stood out. She shared stories about caring for our dog during surgery, including the funny moments like her intense stares, which showed us just how closely she connected with her during her stay. It meant so much to know he was in such compassionate hands.nnWe’re grateful for the level of care our dog received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone facing a similar procedure.
