All the staff are very friendly. Mia was my dental hygienist and she is fantastic! She is always smiling and makes you feel very welcome. Rebooking is super easy, Mia does it all .
Absolutely love this place! I was very fearful about the dentist, bad childhood experiences so I have to admit, my dental health was not good. My first visit was that of an emergency and to say that the staff and dentist were genuinely kind and caring is an understatement. In time and through trust I have come to look forward to my visits. Thank you to all the staff there for welcoming me, my family and my fear with open hearts.

Always a great welcome and concern for all my dental requirements Love the people there. Most recently had a tooth extraction. It was with very little pain or discomfort. Was eating steak again in 2 Hrs. OK thats not true. I am very happy with all the staff at the Caledon East Dentistry
I can tell when people do something for me with honesty, at Caledon East Dentistry, I got just that. My first two visits at the Caledon East Dentistry made me feel good to keep going back. I did not feel intimidated, my dentist told me exactly what she saw and what to do. Plus she was able to match my personality upon greetings to make me feel at home. I had my first cleaning done, I checked it afterward and honestly, it was way better than my previous dentist.
We went first time n we saw they are so friendly . We didn’t book appointment n ask them to look my son tooth he has pain so they saw immediately there is patient setting there then also they see my son first . I m so happy n satisfying. I visit so many place I have to wait but this place Is amazing everyone has to go n check this dentist.
I had to have a tooth pulled this week. I made the appointment and was seen the next day. After consulting Dr. Patel she started the procedure. I have not had a tooth pulled in 40yrs. This was a totally different experience. Fast efficient and painless. What a great experience. Dave Plewes
35 years as a patient and seen several dentists come and go over the years at this practice. Debbie has been fabulous with the dental care and answering my questions. Dr. Patel is my new dentist and haven't had any issues so I don't see him for long. I know he has a great sense of humour and hear his contagious laugh throughout the office. Very happy with the services provided over the years.
