Been visiting this clinic for 2 years now, exceptionally professional and knowledgeable staff and doctors.nAccommodated me on an urgent appointment and made sure I get the best treatment. Kid friendly clinic, my son is always excited to come here for his check ups.
Since my last review, they invited me and my son back with new staff. The change was a complete 180. Very friendly and courteous front staff. Both the Hygienist and Doctor were patient with my son and me. They answered all my questions and concerns. A much better experience, thank you!nnPrevious review...nWent there a couple of times. Reception was unorganized. The dentist seemed confused... When my son went for X-rays, no one had the protective cape on the the assistant must have pushed that X-ray button a dozen times before I freaked out. The assistant and dentist got in an argument... Not a very good experience. I've asked them to remove me from their list but they continue to text me.
Staff over here is really nice and very polite as i have visited there for extraction of my teeth . Dr lee is soft and was professional in operating me while extraction and he didn't showed any haste in process it was smooth and he told you can stop me in between whenever you feel any inconvenience.nMust visit . I really appreciate their work.
I went here for my son’s tooth check up. OMG! the kindness, the professionalism, i am out of words. They were so kind and caring towards my son. Funny and informative. They asked me if i had any other concern or questions they need to answer. I am super satisfied. The girl at the reception gave me the best customers service experience i have recently had. I went for my first appointment and was treated very professionally from the check in to the service. A had a full check up and it was very professional and I felt relaxed through the whole process which is unusual for me. All the process explained through it all. Very Happy I finally have Dentist office I could trust.
