I am a Century 21 Realtor in Princeton B.C. I have a client that lives in the Smithers area who owns a home here in Princeton that is for sale. We have had 3 offers at different times which I have had to send up there to Calderwood Realty and ask them to help him to sign and initial because he does not have computer skills or a printer. The first two fell apart and we are now working on the third offer. At all times that I sent the paperwork they have helped my client through the offers and then e-mailed all the paperwork back to me. Its what Realtors do for other Realtors most of the time.
