Was definitely a beautiful cake! Portions were good, but we asked for cotton candy flavour and the cake tasted like a vanilla cake. Out of 10+ people, no one could taste the cotton candy flavour. But the cake was delicious regardless, very moist and the buttercream was good! My daughter was just sad to not have the flavour she asked for. I also found the price to be a bit too expensive for what we got. The employees were very nice too when I picked up the cake!
It was my son's 18th Birthday and he was selected for Team Ontario Water Polo and had to do his training with his team before their big tournament this weekend. Cake-Toi pulled off an amazing cake and we added a few cupcakes as well. Team Ontario Mens Water polo approves all of these confections. There was not a crumb left.. every thing was eaten! They tasted amazing and we all enjoyed finding a new favorite bakery! We are definitely going back again before we head back home. A big Thank you to all of them!
Amazing customer service from all the staff from beginning to end. Even from newer staff that was unsure they make sure they do everything they can to make you happy. Cake was wow! From the look, cutting it with the candy spilling out of it and just plain delicious. Great business and bonus you feel like you visited some friends when you leave. Good for your belly and soul. I didn’t know what to expect as I had just asked for a Simpsons theme, but it turned out beautiful! I had chosen chocolate cake with cream cheese filling and it was delicious. Everyone enjoyed it and I will most definitely be ordering in the future.
3 years ago i order a thomas the train cake and it was amazing! So since we had a really hard fall season with my daugther beeing really sick and hospitalised. I thought i could order her a special cake for her birthday that she thank god survived to see . I had asked for a Frozen purple cake, but got a pink Frozen cake. My daughter is just 4 years old, but she did told me it wasn't purple. I tried calling to make my order, but was told to go online only. I guess this can be the cause of miscommunication in the orders! Plus, i paid 130$ for the cake and 20$ for delievery ... and the delievery man kept asking me for a tip! I was shocked, because i thought i already paid for the service. Unfortunatly, i will not recommend this place to anyone and i will never order again! I was not expecting to be this disapointed
I was searching all over the internet for flowers cupcake for my wedding and the search was over when I found Cake Toi. Not only it arrived on time, but they tasted SO DELICIOUS! I thought they would only look good. Honestly these cup cakes were the highlight of the wedding. Everybody took photos of them and said they were delicious. I definitely recommend Cake Toi and applaud their craftsmanship, creativity, and professionalism.
The BEST cakes on the South Shore! After having ordered a birthday cake from here, I don’t think I will ever be ordering from anywhere else again. So many flavours to choose from and no fondant, just good old buttercream which is how cakes should be. The store is inside the market and filled with delicious treats from cake pops, cupcakes, ready to go cakes in trays. Prices are reasonable and the service is EXCEPTIONAL!
Wonderful service! I was initially not thrilled with the cake I ordered online but the staff made sure that I was satisfied with my cake and offered courteous and quick solutions. The cake tasted delicious too and was loved by everyone
I ordered a few times from this shop and they do it right. I have walk-in and picked up a beautifully designed already made cake and both times very good. Amazing custom designs as well. Cake pops were good. Updates on the rest soon after my next visit.
I don’t know how people have given such a high rating. I had tried cupcakes which were full with sugar t too not even tasty. They might make a nice decorative cakes but when it comes to taste its full of sugar.
