Caisse Desjardins du Sud de la Beauce

I'm using the Caisse de St-Côme for an estate settlement. The service is excellent. The ladies especially Manon are always ready to answer my questions and offer solutions. I recommend them 100%!

I'm still a member because it's the only branch in this village.nnI've had a lot of problems with this institution in the past. Things I know aren't my responsibility and would have been much easier to resolve.nnFor an organization as large as Desjardins, why are the opening hours so complicated? Given how much money this institution makes, we all know they have the resources to hire staff so that the opening hours could be much more convenient for people who work from 8 to 5.nnMaking an appointment is also a problem. Why does it take so long to get an appointment with someone who works at Desjardins? It can take up to a month sometimes... again, that's ridiculous.nnMany times when I go to the counter, there seems to be a lack of training in the internal organization because it seems like my questions bother more than one person.nnDesjardins are lucky that I am still a customer with them because I have never had this kind of problem with the Bank of Montreal.
