No listening, created far more problems than it solved. In addition, the cashier erased my entire card, and all my payments were declined. I wasted 2 days correcting her mistake, no apologies, just a: Well, gentlemen, at least you have a physical card that works. Okay, but I can't even add this famous physical card to my digital file to redo my pre-authorized payment.

As far as I'm concerned... This is just my opinion, I received a very high quality financial advisory service. It was my first experience in a bank. I'm an ordinary person with no knowledge of finance. I was well guided, I was spared unnecessary costs. I had a request to make which was granted and well explained. Thank you to the young lady who advised me. I continue my journey with serenity, but with caution nonetheless.

Very angry: My cell phone line has just been cut off because Desjardins is experiencing a technical outage.nAs a result, Mastercard direct debits are being declined.nnDesjardins hasn't notified customers of this problem.nSo I'm left without a phone!nThank you, that's really making fun of customers!nAnd in the meantime, I'm the one who has to fight to get my phone line reset. And I can't pay; my card is being declined because of this technical incident.nBravo!
