I had previously experienced a long delay in the closure of my Desjardins bank account. Despite having requested the closure and receiving confirmation, the account remained active for quite some time, and I continued to be charged monthly fees. I also had difficulty getting proper follow-up through customer service, which was very frustrating.nnHowever, I would now like to update my experience. I was recently assisted by Samuel Vachon, a very professional and helpful employee who took the time to understand the issue and guided me through the process. Thanks to his support, my account has finally been closed successfully. I truly appreciate the excellent service I received and the attention given to resolving the problem.nnMy 5-star rating goes directly to Samuel Vachon, who truly made a difference.

After three weeks and multiple visits, my issue with an international money transfer remains unresolved. My money was eventually deposited back into my account, but the process was frustrating due to miscommunication and delays. I appreciate the efforts of one employee who genuinely tried to help, and the two young girls at the information desk were polite. However, overall, the experience was disappointing, and I hope management addresses these issues.

I went there today February 5, 2020 not once but twice!! The first time there were 9 people ahead of me and I waited about 20 minuets and only 2 people were served!! The second time around there were 20 people waiting but the worst part is when I asked the guy at the reception if he could assist me to do my transaction and his answer was “I COULD GO ASK THE CASHIER TO GO FASTER” wow amazing team effort Desjardins and the next time I go it’s to close my account.. thanks for making it easy. I hope in the near future your service will as good as RBC..

Drove from the west island to anjou to bring my elderly mother to the bank on Saturday november 11 2023. The desjardins website said it was opened until 5 but was closed upon arrival at 2 pm. Awesome waste of my time and gas. If it's closed for any reason the website should be updated.

Was helped by a wonderful lady named Kristina. Not sure if I spelled that right, but that was her name. I am still very new to French and still learning, and she made such an effort to speak to me in English. It meant a lot, and as a whole I feel I got amazing service. :
