Nothing against the place in Granby. But against Desjardins itself! My boyfriends account won't let him transfer the money to another account or allow him to take the money out at the ATM machine either. However the following day he can take money out of his account not a problem just once a day all weekend this stupid bank hasn't been letting us transfer the money into our landlords account. Do not recommend ever

Opening hours from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.? No, but it’s a monumental farce. 3 p.m.! What planet do you live on? Five opening hours and that’s the days it’s open. Just that deserves 1 star.
Collection service open only from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.... I've been fooled twice. Google says open at 9am. By closing all the satellite checkouts we could expect to have more service at one of the only checkouts that remains in operation. From 10 to 15 is not a range for workers...
It’s 9:50 a.m. Counter service opens in 10 minutes. We are made to wait between the two doors. Like unwanted intruders. Inside, rest areas, vacant chairs. And next to me, 2 old women waiting, who could be comfortably seated or, at least, inside. I find this process completely stupid and humiliating. It really makes us want to change to a bank that will take care of us. There are now 7 of us in line, between the two doors, and our town is blocking people who want to enter.
