Nothing against the place in Granby. But against Desjardins itself! My boyfriends account won't let him transfer the money to another account or allow him to take the money out at the ATM machine either. However the following day he can take money out of his account not a problem just once a day all weekend this stupid bank hasn't been letting us transfer the money into our landlords account. Do not recommend ever
The guichet are in the back parking
It says open until 5 PM, but in person it's only open until 3 PM... Have you ever wondered which of your customers checks the opening hours before coming to the branches? The customer who wants to know if they'll be served, or those who come with an appointment?
Honestly, a completely absurd experience with this Desjardins branch.nnI showed up during the posted opening hours to make a transaction… and I literally found myself facing a closed door. Inside, a receptionist confirmed that “yes, they are open,” but that there’s a difference between opening hours and transaction hours.nnExcuse me? So you’re “open,” but unable to serve customers for basic transactions?nnThat makes absolutely no sense. If no transactions are possible, then you’re not really open. Posting misleading hours is frustrating and a waste of your members’ time.nnA little clarity and consistency would be greatly appreciated. This needs serious review.
Today, I went to open a bank account. I received exceptional service from Houda S., who was efficient, professional, quick, and friendly.nnIn May 2026, I used a commissioner of oaths at the branch. Until recently, I didn't know this service was offered at Desjardins. I've made two visits to the head office and have been very satisfied!
