Madame Florence helped me enormously, I lost my wallet and with all the professionalism one can possess she helped me get my cards back even though I had neither passport nor certificates! I highly recommend the BDF crate!
Florence Marandola gives me the best service every time despite the fact that I am not a member of her fund and my requests are often complicated, things are done quickly & I feel she helps me as if I were her own son today 'Today I asked for a service that was impossible to do because the branch was not mine and despite that it took its time to still help me and even sort out my situation! In the end, when she explains something to me, it’s always in the clearest way.
Called Desjardins and asked if the credit union exchanges money from other currencies. They tell me yes, but when I get to the bank, they can't change the money... no service in the bank and make me wait forever to say it's their mistake.
