1. The place is run by kids. This isn’t a bad thing necessarily although they are obviously not trained in customer service and leave people waiting long periods of time before being seated. 2. Food is fine. Nothing great, for the price. 3. My server had headphones in. This is a joke to me. Another cook had headphones in. The server lazily wandered around and took forever with every aspect of the dining experience. 4. Cleanliness. Many tables left with food on them, cooks without hairnet, napkins on the floor, 5. SLOW!!!! 6. There was rap music blasting in the dining room. Not acceptable for a family restaurant. I’m sorry there needs to be a manager and more servers helping these poor girls running around while the bus boy just lazily wanders around. I can never recommend this restaurant. Will never return.

Been here a couple times but last time was a killer. The service was slow and the staff looked disinterested. Other times it was more lively and energetic. Lots of staff just standing and looking when they could be helping the rest of the staff who are looking busy. Might try again in the future but they gotta pick up the energy especially since most of them are younger aged.

The worse place I have ever been ! The place had many tables available. Had to wait 15 min do be seated as no one was coming to greet us. The service was very slow. The crepes and waffles we ordered were old and they got the wrong order . The place was not even full and there were a lot of servers available they were just busy chatting among themselves . I requested to talk to a manager and the person said no one was available to talk to . In my opinion over priced for what they offer it’s not worth trying !!!

I went to the movie theatre last Friday not knowing that this place was here and after the movie my family and I were hungry and decided to give this place a try. We were instantly greeted by a server and sat at our table. The service was fast considering how full the restaurant was and the restaurant looked very clean. The ice cream was on point and the waffles tasted very fresh. Overall a great place to go if your craving something sweet. Will definitely be back.

If you want to change your mind about Demetre, just go to this branch. service is sooooo bad. the fruit was old and disgusting. Staff is walking around like they are at there own houses, hanging with friends beside the washroom talking loud. If you really want to have good experience of Demetre just visit Burlington. or this Branch should send his staff to be Trained at Burlington's Demetre to have a better service. Was a really bad experience of Demetre which holding me back from visiting any Demetre.
