Delicious food Little bit pricey but worth it. Tried Macciato, milk chocolate flavor. It was really good Crepes, waffle and ice creams were good too. One ice cream was banana flavor i think. Too sour Staff is really friendly Free parking around the location
Very cozy place.. The smell of fresh waffles invite you in, and the seats are setup with good amount of privacy. The food was awesome, and the quantity and quality is as you would expect for the comparatively high price you are paying. The ice-cream flavors were nice. Vegetarian options: If you are okay with dairy the options are awesome.
It can get really busy on the weekends. We had to wait about 25 minutes to get a table for 6 but, it was worth the wait. They have sooo many options to choose. The desserts are incredible and the portions are very generous. Come prepared! Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome. Seen many kids with their families.
A wonderful atmosphere and experience. Customer service was fast, efficient, professional and very welcoming. We ordered the Pretty in Pink French Crepe. The presentation was fantastic and appetizing. The crepe was warm and delicious. The strawberry ice cream was of high quality. The strawberries were fresh with generous amounts of large strawberries pieces.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Demetres Bramalea. First off this location is very clean and within a few minutes of entering I was seated. The servers are all very friendly and polite. I tried the Pomme Pilot Belgian waffle and I must say it was very good. The waffle was fluffy and the apples had the perfect amount of cinnamon. The giant ball of vanilla ice cream was creamy and paired very well with the rest of the dessert. I highly recommend trying the Belgian waffle, the portions are big and can be shared amongst two people. I like the atmosphere at this location it's a great spot for a date.
So sweet! Customer service, presentation, and the food were so sweet and lovely, I ordered the 'Say Cheese' cheesecake on an afternoon on a weekday. Seating was prompt and service was quick, the restaurant only had 3 other groups dining and has a quiet ambiance. The girl working there was so sweet and nice and included a birthday candle with the cheesecake. The plating was so pretty and the strawberries were really delicious. The cheesecake crust was firmer than usually and not crumbly but still good. Delicious cheesecake and very filling :

Today, I ordered the Say Cheese Cheesecake. Upon arriving, was served immediately by a friendly waiter who provided me water. cannot recall his name, but he was Asian. Service was great and I received my cake quickly. As for the cake, it had a wonderful taste with the strawberries + jelly and a creamy filling that just melted wonderfully in the mouth. I do wish that the crust of the cake had been more crumbly, it was quite hard and you had to cut through the cake with the knife quite a bit. Overall though, I enjoyed my experience!
Delicious dessert options. So many to pick from. They always give you leeway to change up some of the menu stuff, super generous. I recommend the mango sorbetto!!! I was very pleased with the portion, considering the price. Great please to wind down and enjoy some great dessert, with lovely service. 9/10 great stuff.
Delicious waffles, friendly staff & service! Accomodated us with a 1year old nicely. I really enjoyed the pomme pilot toppings. I swapped the ice cream to coco chanel. They didn't pair that well together but separately they were awesome!
