A really nice cup of coffee. We had an Americano, and after the poor coffee in the Airport lounge it was such a treat! We paid just over $4 for a medium… pricy but it’s also an airport! They have pastries, ice cream and sandwiches as well. Lots of comfortable seating. They also have chargers by the bar seating, just look under the counter.
Food was good, service was terrible. The gentleman at the till who rang us in either was having a bad day, or has zero customer service skills. I would have left a tip if he was kinder to me. The person who handed us our food was great, but it doesn't change the negative experience we had off the hop. I will find another coffee shop the next time we fly.
April 17th I was waiting to order while the cashier was chatting with a friend for about 5-7 minutes. At the time I didn’t mind being ignored because I was deciding on what to order, however I was very clearly visible and standing in front of her waiting to be acknowledged at least, just for her to pause her conversation, turn to me and say “yeah we’re closed”. It was 7:20 PM on a Monday, and they don’t close till 8:00. Super rude and unprofessional, not impressed.
Great coffee for the particular coffee snobs… ourselves ;- great food options and service, quite awesome when you are on a too long layover in Edmonton airport. Well done Cafee’ Sorrenotino
Bought a “sandwich” from this place and it was by far the worst I’ve ever had. Told the manager it didn’t look nearly like the one that was on display and he didn’t care. Buy a hoagie at the Esso it’s a better option.
Their mushroom soup chicken sandwich with green pesto, it was really delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. Good sitting and affordable.
Coffee was ok. I ended up buying a tad more milk to tame it. The cup I got was not good and was leaking out of the bottom coffee everywhere as I was attempting to board. Luckily Air Canada flight attendants helped me rig up drip catcher and extra paper towels to clean up my sticky coffee mess.
Breakfast was cold. Ordered a frittata wrap and they press the wrap so the outside was hot, but the eggs inside were still cold. If you just want coffee you can grab it here. The coffee was good at least.
They serve Lavazza coffee, the staff were quick, polite, and familiar with the menu items. Their comfortable seating area is close to a window, they have a tv, and a departures monitor for your convenience. I do prefer a mug instead of a paper takeout cup when I have time to stay; I will ask for one next time.
Worst earl grey I’ve had in my life. No refund
