Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

The food is amazing! A few of the employees didn't seem very thrilled to be there however, our food is great and that is what matters. The amount of food is pretty good for the price. I would definitely recommend it and we will be going back

The chain itself is awesome. But this location is horrible. I've gone to Cafe Rio in several other states, and always had a good experience, but the Kent location is terrible. Poor customer service, the food is slopped together and looks unappetizing. Lettuce is cut way too large. Inconsistent build from trip to trip. It's awful. I genuinely feel bad for the owner of this location. They need to retrain employees and put focus back into food quality. From now on I'll drive the extra distance to Federal Way.

Customer service is always the 1st thing you notice when going places, and Cafe Rio in Kent has NONE. First food handler had a awful, and unengaging ATTITUDE. Second person followed suit, and the 3rd person who I paid with just did not care about the job. Food quality wasn’t worth my money, or time wouldn’t recommend this to anyone save your money as well as time.

Love all the employees there, always kind and curteous however the "manager" Veronica completely ruined my experience. Rude, no customer service I mean I have absolutley no idea how she works with people let alone is a manager... mocked me and never even put the pico or avocado (or guacamole as she corrected me with a tone) on my salad and when I told her she forgot this she then went on to fish all around my salad because she didn't believe me at first. This is after she gave me attitude for wanting the chopped lettuce telling me it was "only for tacos" which is funny because I get it all the time. Then went to put some of the big chunks of lettuce BACK INTO THE LETTUCE STYLUS on the cooler to serve to the next customers. What if they're allergic to the pork in my salad that it had all over it? Just gross! I understand you're busy, but this isn't a school cafeteria. I was a regular customer but I refuse to go there if she is there anymore I will walk out the damn door like I did today. She should be fired for the way she treats customers, and also from what was told to me, the employees as well. Bully!
