Update: I just tried thedecadent and delicious chocolate cake. Wow! Absolutely amazing, love it. Totally recommend to try it. I'm just recently started to purchase products from the Dundas st store & once ordered online with results of absolutely satisfactions. I added some lettuce in the salad greens that I ordered, so it's more tasty. The pumpkin cake is awesome; it's just a bit too sweet for me, but it's OK with me. I also like to compliment how wonderful & friendly the lady working in the store. She's very patient, pleasantly assisted me & answered my questions about the products. The products are healthy, fresh, and delicious. I really enjoyed my prior orders. I'll definitely look forward to continuing to purchase & try more of its products.
I had the opportunity of having a catered lunch provided to me from a big volunteer festival event during my shift. The turkey sandwich with a side salad was phenomenal. It was the best turkey sandwich I ever had. It was delicious and it was great to be re-energized with a fresh and healthy meal during my day. Thank you for all your amazing work during the festival! Will love to visit the store someday in the future as well. My highest recommendation!
Cafe Plenty is a really nice cafe : the interior is simple and cute- small, but comfortable enough to dine in if you’d want to. All of the staff are extremely sweet as well! I ordered the london fog, turkey and brie sandwich, and the sweet potato galette. They were all great! I was worried the sandwich wouldn’t have enough cheese, but the brie had a strong taste and was really delicious. The london fog was also great, as was the galette- although it could use more chili oil. Super satisfying lunch!
decent coffee, average food, nice people. they also sell frozen soups and dishes to heat up at home. theres a few seats inside but sometimes the ventilation isn't great and the inside smells like oil/cooking that lingers and gets into your clothes or hair.Food: 4/5
Made a pit stop at this local cafe and had breakfast, which hit the spot. Had the Americano and morning glory muffin and both exceeded my expectations. My sister had the breakfast veggie burrito and said it was super tasty. Will be adding this to my morning stops the next time I’m in Toronto for work.
Went this morning with an older friend. Was just after 10:00am, so they only had a handful of breakfast items left. My friend wasn't keen on those, so she opted for the egg salad sandwich on a dark rye bread. It came with a generous amount of mixed greens salad on a plate. I had a panini bun with several types of cold cuts in it. This also came with a mixed greens salad on the plate. We both ordered single shots Americano coffee, which I found quite strong. While we both enjoyed what we had, I was a little shocked to pay $14 and change for my coffee and sandwich plate. That alone would keep me from going back.
Amazing lunch spot. Sandwiches were fantastic. Brie and turkey heated up and accompanied by the Orzo salad was a perfect amount for lunch. Dietary restrictions: They were great about my nut allergy. Ate here worry free.
Excellent place to grab fresh sandwiches, breakfast and salads. They are really fresh, good and high quality. The owner used to work at OPS also.
Really loved their smores bar. I was there for breakfast, where they had a small selection of baked good, a wide selection of teas, coffees and other beverages. They are known for their lunches at this small quaint café: sandwiches, salads all made fresh.
Wow I got one of the sandwiches and it’s really good! I really liked the sour-ish sauce for the salad and the baked goods were nice too. I’d love to come here again!
