Cafe on Seminary

I live 2 buildings away from the Cafe for 8 months and I have visited here for the first time. I wish I could learn here earlier. It was delicious to have tasty food and chat to most friendly locals. If you feel alone at home and need instant friends, Cafe West is for you, do not hesitate to show up!

Amazing pulled pork sandwich today, breakfast sandwiches always great. Super friendly. Quiet area. Great atmosphere for lunch.

We just showed up to order food. It is 1:41 p.m. on a Saturday. It says you are open till 3 p.m. We are outside of the restaurant very sad right now that we cannot get our sandwiches and salads. We're going to Panera. And this is the second time this has happened to us. Please fix this it would be very much appreciated :-

The owner if this place is very warm and nice guy. The food over here is great. Very clean place with a nice cafe ambiance where you can go, read a book, work on laptop with a hot cup of coffee and tasty sandwich. Venetian Vegetarian Sandwich with Hummus and Avocado is MUST TRY. The guy is one man army and does everything so sometime can be overwhelming when he gets a lots of order but a few minutes of wait is WORTH it if you really want fresh and quality food. A good to place for anyone, anytime!!

This is very cool place to hangout for any mood you are in happy, hungry, bored, sad, etc... A place you can sit and relax alone on laptop while having a quick bite and you can also hangout with few friends. The place has a simple yet quite awesome and relaxing ambiance. The food is GREAT and FRESH... the Owner is very friendly and passionate about the cafe and always looking for ideas to improve from customers.

A group of us ordered lunch for the first time from the The Cafe. The salads we ordered lacked substance it was some lettuce thrown in the take out container with a few pieces of the garnish to make up your salad it seems very pricey for a $10.00 salad. One of the sandwiches was suppose to have avocado dressing on it there was not even a hint of any avocado dressing on the sandwich! One person did order the chicken soup which she said was very good but unfortunately that was the only thing that was good. We had delivery service which was good but other than that we were not impressed.

Delicious food! Love that it's so local, right in the heart of my neighborhood, and the staff is extremely friendly. Perfect for grabbing breakfast on my way into work Their breakfast sandwiches are phenomenal! My friend literally eats lunch here every day of the week, and I don't blame him! Highly recommend checking it out

I feel as though some of the lunch sandwiches lack 'bulk'. As in, the sandwiches need more stuff and I'm still hungry the ingredients themselves are quality though. That would be my only complaint. Other than that everything is great: awesome breakfast sandwiches, generous salad portions, and the owner is extremely friendly. She often rounds down my order total and pretty much always gives me free coffee.

I order lunch for my office every Friday and The Cafe on Seminary Ave was a suggestion from a co-worker. It was the best ever! Great service! John the owner was a sweetheart and their delievery guy was also a sweetheart. Placed my 11 sandwich order the day before for Friday @ 11:50, the owner John called me the next morning to tell me the total, food arrived @ 11:30!! Which that never happens and we were shocked and happy that it came early! And the food was amazing! Not one complaint! Definitely will order from here again!

I love their breakfast sandwhiches. I haven't tried anything on their lunch menu but my husband has and he loves their voodoo sandwhich. They make you feel comfortable and like home when you come in. Thanks nikki for everything we love u already.
