I must say a special thank you to the supervisor Fernando. He was extremely helpful from the moment we arrived to going above & beyond for us. I was not feeling well at all and he truly helped us out. We will be flying back to Syracuse in a few weeks and will return to stay for a few nights. Thank you!

OMG, This historic hotel is breathtaking to say the least, so much so, they've even written a book about it.

Awesome hotel! The staff was very kind and helpful. The valet parking is 20 dollars while self park is 16. The lobby is comfortable and full of places to sit and relax. The bar and grill below the lobby was easy going and never crowded. The rooms were large, spacious and beautiful.

The lady at the front desk was very rude and condescending to my family and I... beautiful hotel but terrible customer service! After majoring in hotel management in college I understand the need for and expect a friendly demeanor when greeting guests, and this was NOT it. We will not be staying here again.

Old time glorious meticulously restored hotel. Marvelous ornate lobby. Spacious rooms with excellent quality Stickley furniture, comfortable beds and pillows. Good quality linen. Parking lot across from the main entrance. We really enjoyed our stay.
