Very nice Indian restaurant, we went on Saturday for lunch, it was not much crowded. We ordered cheese pakora, garlic naan, kulcha and karahi paneer. All these were too good and really loved it, especially cheese pakora with dips. Also ordered veg biryani, it was kind of ok and not so great, had too many vegetables and taste is kind of ok. Service is good and items are served pretty much quick, has decent enough parking space.
Great little spot for some authentic tasting Indian food. A little worn down but the food is tasty nonetheless. No lunch buffet anymore. Was in the mood for some Indian food on a Sunday evening and this was one of the only options open. It’s located near I-5 and 99 so it’s not too hard to get to. There is plenty of parking out front. When you enter you notice that the restaurant is definitely more aged and in need of some TLC old looking furniture, holes in chairs, popcorn ceiling, etc. but the food is the important part. There are some nice big windows that let a lot of light in, which can be bright on a sunny day. We tried the chicken tikka masala, tandoori mixed grill, lamb curry, garlic naan, badami naan, and family naan with spinach. We also got mango lassi, which was savory and not too sweet. I highly recommend all of the naans as they were toasted to perfection and very savory. The family naan felt like a nice spinach toast almost. The badami naan was pleasantly tasty and had almost a sweet pastry feel to it. I definitely recommend the lamb curry and tandoori grill as both had plenty of flavor and were not too salty. I only wish the curry came with more meat. All the meat dishes came with a bowl of rice which was also very nice to pair with. The dishes take about 5-10 minutes to cook, which isn’t a bad thing, but plan to order all at once if you don’t want to wait. The staff are nice and good about making sure you are taken care of. Overall I felt I got more than enough food to eat and enjoyed all the dishes I tried. The prices are slightly more than most places but I think it’s still worth the value. I will definitely be back again and recommend it for some tasty, casual Indian cuisine.
Great experience! The host was super welcoming, funny, and accommodating. Loved that she was super insightful to describing the dishes. We both got the thali and it came with a variety of different smaller entrees. Wished the naan was a bit fluffier and portions were larger but aside from that, flavor was good.
We got vegetable samosa and butter chicken. I love the service, meal 5but samosa was too oily and dough seemed not well cookedDine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: YesCurbside pickup: No
Absolutely delicious food. Included a photo of the aftermath! The water staff were charming, friendly, and speedy. We had the combination dinner for $49.95 Sad to say my experience was not repeated. The naan was dried out and inedible. The chicken thighs were the same. Tasted a couple of days old. The only redeeming dish was the lamb. 3/15/23 Parking: Plenty of parking
Great service, awful food. I thought outside of seattle city limits Indian food might be better but today I was proven wrong. We ordered chicken biryani which came with green peas in it; Iykyk. The badshai thali looked promising but the spices in bukhara daal were not cooked, rogan Josh was missing rogan oil and hence we had no Josh. I’ve never eaten so less in my life.
I ordered the dinner for two non vegetarian. The main dishes that stood out were chicken tikka masala and lamb sali boti. I especially enjoyed the chicken tikka masala. The curry was full of flavor and rich in spices. Definitely would come back to explore their other dishes.Recommended dishesChicken Tikka
Hands down the best Indian food in the area! We have come here several times and feel like it’s time to leave a review, as we are consistently blown away by how wonderful the food is. The dishes are mainly from the northern region of India and incredibly flavorful. Our server tonight was very sweet and attentive, and we have never had anything but great service whenever we came.
Consistently the best food in town! Munisha has delivered the best customer service I’ve received in a LONG time, friendly and genuine! She also works very hard, upwards of 12-18 hour days. It feels like my own family member is serving food.
We were the only dine in party during dinner time and it took over 2 hours for everyone to get their foodparty of 7. They would bring out one dish/side at a time leaving the others to just wait while one or two people ate what they could of their order. For example, they would bring out rice without the entree. When we would kindly ask were the rest of our food was, the waitress would respond snippily, "its coming." Meanwhile, all the pick up orders were ready and taken care if in a timely manner. Only order from here if you are doing take out because that is their main focus. Would give 0 starts but the food was not bad when it finally arrived.
